Class Management Resources

This website has articles, tips, active discussions, and videos to help teachers navigate class management. I like this website because there are different mediums in which you can find information. It is also easy to navigate and look for things you might need. The articles generally are short and to the point; a must for busy teachers.

This website has many classroom management articles to look it. There has also been a Pinterest board made with classroom management resources on it. The articles on this website are more specific than the first website; they look at one aspect of topic of classroom management (appropriate conversations in the classroom) and go more in depth. This is helpful for the times that there is a specific problem in the classroom that needs to be addressed. There are articles about implementing routines and procedures which would be helpful if students are not picking up the routines or procedures that I laid out for them.

I have multiple Pinterest boards dedicated to teaching. Many teachers will blog about their classrooms and what works or does not work, and it is helpful to have some first hand experiences about what it is like in some classrooms. It is helpful to see pictures of classrooms or examples of lesson plans. Not everything on Pinterest is reliable, but it is helpful to get ideas. I usually do not take lesson plans from Pinterest, but I might borrow ideas from them.
